Flux 2.8 drops v1beta2 for OCIRepository/Bucket; operator watches fail with "no matches for kind ... in version v1beta2" on 2.8 clusters. Both GA in v1 (OCIRepository since 2.6, Bucket since 2.5); same pattern as #30.
